Bridgewater Family Dental is a Hamilton based family dentist practice that treats patients of all ages. We are committed to delivering the highest quality dental care and do so using advanced dental equipment. Dr. Schulte
Elyse M Schulte, DDS
Dr. Schulte is from a small town in Northwest Ohio, where she worked for her hometown dentist in high school and college. That is where her love for dentistry started! She achieved her degrees from the University of Dayton and The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She completed a General Practice Residency, after graduation, at Summa Health Systems Hospital, and has been practicing in the Cincinnati area since.
Dr. Schulte loves getting to know her patients and making them feel comfortable in the dental chair. She feels at home with the small town family feel of Bridgewater Family Dental and works to continue on the great relationships that Dr. Pavloff, and his staff, have built with patients since 1980.
She strongly values continuing her education in dentistry, to help provide the best care for her patients. She is currently working toward achieving the honor of becoming an Academy of General Dentistry Fellow, which requires 500 hours of additional education and training in dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Cincinnati Dental Society, The Academy of General Dentistry, and Spear Study Club.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Schulte loves being active outdoors with her husband and daughter. They enjoy cycling, going to Lake Cumberland, traveling, and cheering on the Dayton Flyers!
Dr. Williams
Sydney Williams, DDS
Dr. Sydney Williams is a dedicated general dentist with many years of experience providing care to her community. Born and raised in Cincinnati, she takes great pride in serving the people she's known throughout her life. She attended Tuskegee University for her undergraduate degree in biology where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She then completed her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. Following graduation, Dr. Williams came back to her home state and completed a one year General Practice Residency at The Ohio State University. She thoroughly enjoys creating lasting relationships with patients and helping them achieve optimal oral health.
She is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, and the Cincinnati Dental Society. Dr. Williams aims to create a positive environment where patients feel at ease to address their dental concerns. Outside of the dental office, she enjoys listening to jazz music, cooking, and puzzles. Above all, she cherishes time spent with her family.
Dr. Richardson
Natalee Richardson, DDS
Dr. Natalee Richardson was born and raised in metro-Detroit by an ER physician and a psychiatric nurse. Conversations at the dinner table always revolved around medicine, so it was only a matter of time before she decided to pursue a career in healthcare herself. Dr. Richardson went on to study human biology and earned her bachelor's degree from Michigan State University. Upon graduation, she traded the green & white for maize & blue - moving to Ann Arbor where she earned her dental degree from the University of Michigan in 2023.
Eventually deciding it was time to leave her home state, Dr. Richardson accepted a residency position at UC Health. She spent a year furthering her dental education while learning from local general and specialty dentists. She worked intimately with pediatric dentists at Cincinnati Children’s and oral surgeons at the University Hospital. Dr. Richardson was also trained to place implants and complete molar root canals. She thoroughly enjoys all aspects of dentistry, but especially loves surgical procedures.
In her free time, Dr. Richardson loves traveling, watching Michigan State Basketball (go green!), exercising, and spending time with family and friends.
