What Does it Cost?
Our annual adult plan starts at $349 for existing patients and includes two routine cleanings, two comprehensive doctor exams, oral cancer screenings, two fluoride treatments, one set of routine x-rays, one emergency exam with x-ray, and a 15% discount on any additional treatment throughout the year. We also offer a comprehensive child plan and periodontal care plan.
House Dental Plan
Adult Comprehensive Care Plan (Ages 14 and over)
$499 annually for new patients (total plan valued at $843 + additional discounts for treatment)
$349 annually for existing patients (total plan valued at $646 + additional discounts for treatment)
In a 12-month benefit period, this plan will include:
- Two routine cleanings
- Two comprehensive doctor exams
- Oral cancer screening with exams
- Two fluoride treatments
- One set of routine x-rays with an exam
- One emergency exam with x-ray
- 15% discount on additional treatment
Child Comprehensive Care Plan (Ages 13 and under)
$349 annually for new patients (total plan valued at $621 + additional discounts for treatment)
$315 annually for existing patients (total plan valued at $588 + additional discounts for treatment)
In a 12-month benefit period, this plan will include:
- Two routine cleanings
- Two comprehensive doctor exams
- Oral cancer screening with exams
- Two fluoride treatments
- One set of routine x-rays with the exam
- One emergency exam with x-ray
- 15% discount on additional treatment
Comprehensive Periodontal Care Plan
$749 annually (Total plan valued $1228 + additional treatment discounts)
In a 12-month benefit period, this plan will include:
- Two periodontal maintenance cleanings (2 at 15% discount)
- Two comprehensive doctor exams
- Oral cancer screening with exams
- Two fluoride treatments
- One set of routine x-rays with the exam
- One emergency exam with x-ray
- 15% discount on initial periodontal treatment (scaling)
- 15% discount on additional treatment
